Things are getting nastier between the remaining members of Stone Temple Pilots and former lead singer, Scott Weiland. The band has now filed suit against Weiland to prevent him from using the band's and songs during his solo tour. Meanwhile, Weiland wants the band to stop doing the same. The new CD from Alice in Chains will be out on Tuesday but the band will be playing more than just new music during their upcoming tour. Guitarist, Jerry Cantrell, says they plan to play some rare songs and deep cuts from their earlier albums as well.
